Biography of Dr. Maria Brusco Osso

Maria Brusco Osso was called to ministry in 2008. In 2010 she received a Master's degree in Biblical Studies from Calvary Christian College, Waldorf, Maryland. She was subsequently awarded a full scholarship for the doctorate program in Theology at the same college. While attending the college, she wrote two books. The first is "Superficial Society", co-authored with Deanna Blackmon Jones. The book identifies the force that is driving society to a godless one. Maria has a companion five hour seminar of the book entitled, "Christianity in Crisis" which has been well received.

The second book is "Synthesis, How Hegelian Logic Has Moved the Protestant Churches Towards a Christless Faith." In this book Maria chronicles the changes in the Protestant churches since the 1960's. Changes in church practice are discerned by employing a new perspective or logic that is in current use. The changes in the churches ultimately do not reflect Biblical foundational truth.

Maria's past experience has been in the field of medicine and nursing. She has held positions as Director of Intensive Care and Director of Spinal Cord and Brain Injury. She has taught as an adjunct professor at a large state university in medical technology and skills. Maria has held an independent practice in adult health/internal medicine as a nurse practitioner. After seven years and considering going on the medical school, the Lord showed Maria He had other plans.
